0%	Last night we order a medium cheese and bacon pizza they told us that it will be deliver in the next 30 minutes...1h20 later the pizza show up at our door.First of all the pizza was lukewarm secondly we other a bacon and cheese pizza and they send us a pepperonie cut in piece (2 make it look like bacon pieces) and we believes that they fried up because it was sooooooo greasy and had a weird aftertaste...like the oil wasn\\\'t change in a while. So we called them back to informed them and we got the answering machine, we wait a few more minutes and called again...got the answering machine...so we left a message explaining that we order a bacon and cheese and that they send us a pepperroni and cheese instead asking them to call us back ....we\\\'re still waiting!!! 24%	The Colonnade Pizza downtown is one of my favourite restaurants... the food at the Kanata location was almost as good (the pizza crust was dried out for some reason? And they don't put as much cheese as the downtown location) but everything else was VERY disappointing. Almost all of our silverware was dirty, as well as several plates. The server was very nice and pleasant, but working alone and therefore very slow to get to our table. She also dropped a fork on the floor and then gave it to us to use. (?!) The restaurant was just dingy and lacked the nice atmosphere that we were accustomed to from frequenting the downtown location. We will not return to this location, nor recommend it to anyone! 51%	The food is okay. The service is good, but the management/owners are... sad. The owners of this restaurant frequently argue loud enough for customers (my self included) to hear them. They treat their staff very poorly. This store apparently serves breakfeast and opens at 7, however it is never open at 7. I have come for breakfeast 4 times within the past month alone, shortly after 7 and the restaurant was still closed. I go to a restaurant to eat in a peaceful environment, not to arrive and find the restaurant closed or listen to a couple argue. I will not return.	Dec 14, 2010
