Kelsey's at the Elmvale shopping centre was nothing special. I found that the portions were skimpy, and that the customer service was dull and lack-lustre. They make good money at the bar, but in all truthfulness, if you want to have a nice sit-down meal, go somewhere else. This place will suffice, but it wont do anything special for you.
