2/5 The food was really good but I agree with some of the comments below. I went and they forgot half our order. It was very difficult to make them understand what you were saying. The barrhaven location made my girlfriend so sick I thought she was going to die, she actually passed out on our bathroom floor from the pain, and the only thing she ate that day was the sushi from the new barrhaven location. I ate the same stuff but she had more sashimi than I did... I would like to get a sample and see how much mercury is in it.

It may not be related at all, but who knows.

I'd have to agree with the reviewer below me, the location in barrhaven is much better... EVERY time I go to the carling location they forget half my order and don't understand a word I'm saying. I love the Japanese culture but this isn't Japan, if you're going to serve English customers, I think it's fair that they should at least be able to understand english.

The food is good for a buffet. The service is the worst. The waitresses have no idea what they are doing and barely speak English. I ask for a fork, she brought me tea. I ask for the check about five times with a delay of 20 minutes. Value is a fair price. Atmosphere is loud and certain seating areas are dirty. The chance of returing is 50/50 because the food is better good.
