Order at 4:50pm and received our cold pizza at 6:00pm. The order taker wrote the wrong address down, the driver called 2 times and we finally received our order. The Colonnade Pizza downtown is one of my favourite restaurants... the food at the Kanata location was almost as good (the pizza crust was dried out for some reason? And they don't put as much cheese as the downtown location) but everything else was VERY disappointing. Almost all of our silverware was dirty, as well as several plates. The server was very nice and pleasant, but working alone and therefore very slow to get to our table. She also dropped a fork on the floor and then gave it to us to use. (?!) The restaurant was just dingy and lacked the nice atmosphere that we were accustomed to from frequenting the downtown location. We will not return to this location, nor recommend it to anyone! I was a little skeptical of Champa Thai at first given the odd location and somewhat ramshackle exterior, but after having sampled their food last night for take out (and devouring the left overs for lunch today) Champa has quickly become my all-time favourite Thai restaurant in Ottawa. I love this place The Forum Cafeteria offers great freshly made food and really great inexpensive prices. Just like your own mother would make minus the bill!! Breakfast, & Lunch Fresh fruit, veggies, Taboulie etc make great mid morning and afternnon snacks between home made roast beef and potatoes or Susie's fantastic pasta & sauce for lunch. I went to many Boston Pizza\'s before and this is by far the worst. Not only was my food cold and I could tell was microwaved food, but my waitress brought me the wrong pizza. Now I wasn't too mad about it but I ordered another pizza. After waiting about 20 minutes after my family had eaten, I heard the boss screaming at his employee about the mistake she had just made.
